At the time of this writing, a Slam Dunk Omake should have already appeared in the August 10th morning editions of several Japanese newspapers. Takehiko Inoue announced on his website that, in celebration of 100 million copies of Slam Dunk, he is creating some sort of undisclosed Slam Dunk omake to be published in the August 10 editions of Yomiuri Shinbun, Asahi Shinbu, Mainichi Shinbun, Sankei Shinbun, Nihon Keizai Shinbun and Tokyo Shinbun.
He did not specify any further details on the Omake, instead leaving it to his readers to discover.
