ANN Heads Publication of Animeland, Animeland Xtra, Japan Lifestyle Magazines in France

Anime News Network will begin heading the French publications Animeland, Animeland Xtra and Japan Lifestyle through its subsidiary company AM Media Network in France.
Animeland is the highest circulating anime and manga magazine in the French language. It is published six times a year and is targeted toward a 15+ age group. It began as a fanzine in 1991 and became a professional venture in 1996.
Animeland Xtra is a companion magazine geared toward a younger audience, published four times a year. Japan Lifestyle is a pop culture-focused partner magazine, covering topics such as Japanese music, live-action films, and television shows as well as anime and manga.
