Hitagi Crab storyline previewed from August 23 game based on NisiOisin's light novels
The official YouTube channel for Bandai Namco Games began streaming a story demo for the PlayStation Portable game Bakemonogatari Portable on Friday. The demo previews the game's recreation of the Hitagi Crab storyline from NisiOisin's supernatural light novel series and its anime adaptation.
Bandai Namco has also streamed several other promotional videos and commercials for the game.
The game will ship in Japan on August 23. The limited first pressing of the game will retail for 9,980 yen (about US$126). This edition's exclusive box will include a backpack-inspired pouch as well as a special contents DVD, voice CD, custom theme, and booklet. The game's regular and downloadable versions will each cost 6,280 yen (US$79).
