Make your voice heard and pick the web series' next wacky transforming girl

If you've enjoyed DLE's Henkei Shoujo short anime series about girls turning into okinomiyaki robots, warships, lingerie fighters, gas-guzzling sports cars and jet planes, there's an opportunity to support the project.

The unique comedy shorts are crowdfunding a sixth episode on Motion Gallery. The goal is raise 4,000,000 yen (US$35,000) by December 22 to create a sixth Henkei Shōjo short. Donors will get a say in the new short's character design, voice actor, and her transformed state. After donating, participants will receive e-mails and have access to polls to help make decisions about the short's direction.

Rewards also include a booklet of setting materials, special videos from the voice actors, and the opportunity to appear as a background character.

The projects allegedly normal manager Hiromi introduces the crowdfunding campaign.

The project's staff would eventually like to produce a 30 minute episode as well as a movie version of the transforming girls.

If the campaign succeeds, the staff expect to finish the short by March 2018. It will stream on YouTube but depending on the amount of financial support, could also appear on TV.

The Henkei Shōjo series has garnered over 8.3 million views globally. The project's concept is "What would you do if a girl nearby suddenly transformed?"
