To promote the media tie-ins, the company held an "Inazuma Eleven Crossover Media Project Announcement: Kick Off to the Future!" event at the Akihabara UDX building's Akiba Square area in Tokyo.

The manga will start in Shogakukan's CoroCoro Comic magazine on May 15. OLM is planning the anme version as a 2D-animated project with the stadiums rendered in 3D computer graphics. Finally, the company Mitsui plans to make the card game. Mitsui's video contents department head Jō Moriuchi noted that the domestic card game market stands at 65 billion yen (about US$650 million), while the worldwide market now ranges in the area of 150 to 200 billion yen (US$1.5 to US$2 billion).
