Gonzo Makes Promo Anime for Chunsoft's Extreme Escape Adventure

Kyokugen Dasshutsu ADV: Zennin Shibō Desu's prologue told in anime

The game developer Chunsoft (999: Nine Hours, Nine Persons, Nine Doors, Mystery Dungeon) announced that the anime studio Gonzo (Afro Samurai, Last Exile) is producing a promotional anime for next year's Kyokugen Dasshutsu ADV: Zennin Shibō Desu (Extreme Escape Adventure: Good People Die) game. In the game, nine people find themselves trapped in an abandoned warehouse. In order to escape, they have to play a game of betrayal called "Ambidex Game"; each has to decide who to trust and who to double-cross.

Gonzo's promotional anime will tell a part of the story that cannot seen in the game itself. In particular, the anime will show the game's prologue and the story of how the nine came together.

The game will ship for the Nintendo 3DS and PlayStation Vita handheld systems in Japan on February 16, 2012. The anime will be presented on the game's official website.
