2nd New Hayate the Combat Butler OVA Slated for September

This year's 24th issue of Shogakukan's Weekly Shonen Sunday magazine is announcing on Wednesday that "Volume. B" of the new Hayate the Combat Butler! (Hayate no Gotoku!) original video anime series will ship in September. The special edition of Kenjirō Hata's 42nd manga volume will bundle this OVA volume.
The new OVAs will adapt various stories from Kenjirō Hata's original manga that have not yet been adapted into anime. The three episodes will be bundled in three separate limited-edition volumes of the manga. The first new OVA will come with the 41st manga volume that will ship in Japan on June 18.
Kenjirō Hata's original manga already inspired the first Hayate the Combat Butler! television anime (2007-2008) and its Hayate the Combat Butler!! follow-up (2009). The Hayate the Combat Butler: Can't Take My Eyes Off You (Hayate no Gotoku! Can't Take My Eyes Off You) television anime aired in 2012, and the Hayate the Combat Butler! Cuties television anime aired last year.
