Inui-san! Four-Panel Manga Gets Anime Bundled With Ciao Magazine

The July issue of Shogakukan's Ciao magazine is announcing on June 2 that an anime adaptation of Chako Tsukisuzu's four-panel comedy manga Inui-san! will be included in the Ciao Ciao TV bonus DVD that will be bundled with the August issue of the magazine on July 3.
The comedy manga revolves around a not-so-normal high school girl with the surname Inui (a pun of the word 'dog') who happens to be a dog. Together with her best friend Rurumi Usagi (pun of the word 'rabbit'), Inui plays around and falls in love.
The manga began as a one-shot in Ciao in 2009, and began serialization in the same magazine later that year. Shogakukan shipped the fourth compiled volume of the manga in Japan in February, and the series received the grand prize at the 62nd Shogakukan Newcomer's Awards.
