posted on by Karen Ressler
Anime scriptwriter Hiroshi Seko to pen novel

Amazon Japan and other retailers are listing an Attack on Titan novel titled Lost Girls, which will ship on December 9 from Kodansha Comics Deluxe. Hiroshi Seko, who worked on the script for several of the Attack on Titan anime episodes, will write the novel. Hajime Isayama is listed as the original creator and the Attack on Titan Production Committee is collaborating.

The listing does not have any story details yet, but the cover features Annie and Mikasa with the taglines "Lost in the cruel world/Wall Sina, Goodbye/Lost Girls."

North American publisher Vertical has licensed several other novels based on the Attack on Titan series. Ryō Suzukaze's Attack on Titan: Before the Fall series, with illustrations by THORES Shibamoto, takes place 70 years before the main story and Ryō Kawakami's Attack on Titan: Harsh Mistress of the City (Kakuzetsu Toshi no Jōō), with illustrations by Range Murata, follows a different set of characters after the fall of Wall Maria.
