New Madoka Magica Manga by 1st Manga's Hanokage Debuts

Hanokage, the manga artist who adapted the Puella Magi Madoka Magica anime franchise from the original series to the last movie, is launching a new Madoka Magica manga series on Wednesday. Mahō Shōjo Madoka Magica: Majū-hen (Puella Magi Madoka Magica: The Wraiths Story) is debuting in the 20th issue of Houbunsha's Manga Time Kirara Magica magazine.
To celebrate the third anniversary of the franchise, original character designer Ume Aoki drew the cover illustration (pictured below) for the 20th Manga Time Kirara Magica issue.
Yen Press published Hanokage's first Puella Magi Madoka Magica manga and Puella Magi Madoka Magica: The Different Story manga, and it will publish Puella Magi Madoka Magica: The Rebellion Story manga this year.
