Crunchyroll releases Boichi's manga about Japanese delinquent in Korea

The 24th volume of Boichi's Sun-Ken Rock manga, which shipped in Japan on Monday, teased that the manga will end in the 25th volume. Shonengahosha's official Twitter account also confirmed on Monday that the series will end in the 25th volume.

The series tells the story of Japanese teenager Ken Kitano, who follows the girl he likes to Seoul, Korea. After he arrives, his impressive fighting skills and strong spirit draw the attention of a gang.

Boichi had launched the final arc in the series in August 2013.

The manga has been running in Shonengahosha's Young King magazine since 2006. JManga released part of the series in English online starting in July 2012 before the site ended its service in May 2013. Crunchyroll now releases the manga online in English.

Boichi is also launching a spinoff manga of Yū Sasuga and Kenichi Tachibana's Terra Formars manga titled Terra Formars Asimov (Terra Formars Gaiden Asimov) in the 23rd issue of Shueisha's Grand Jump magazine, which will ship on November 4.

Dark Horse Comics published the Trigun: Multiple Bullets manga in North America, which featured work by Boichi.
