Infini-T Force Manga Gets 'Full 3DCG' Anime

posted on by Jennifer Sherman

Tatsunoko Productions announced at AnimeJapan on Saturday that its Infini-T Force ~Mirai no Byōsen~ (Infini-T Force: Writing Line of the Future) manga is inspiring a "full 3DCG" anime project. Digital Frontier (The Boy and The Beast, Wolf Children) is collaborating on the project as part of the celebration of Tatsunoko Productions' 55th anniversary in 2017.

The anime will have a different story from Ukyō Kodachi's (Boruto, Naruto: Gaara Hiden - Sajingensō (novel) original manga. The manga launched in the December issue of Shogakukan's Monthly Hero's magazine on October 31. Kodachi is writing the story, and Tatsuma Ejiri (P2! - Let's Play Pingpong!, World 4u_) is illustrating the series. Shogakukan will release the first compiled book volume on April 5.

The story of the original manga begins when a girl named Emi uses a pencil that can grant any wish. Emi gets caught up in the robbery of a convenience store, and her life is in danger. She uses the pencil to wish for a "hero that will save everyone." Four heroes appear in response to Emi's wish to change the course of the future.

Update: The key visual includes silhouettes of the main characters from four Tatsunoko Productions anime: Tekkaman, the Space Knight, Casshan (Casshern), Gatchaman, and Hurricane Polymar.
