Silver Link's Ange Vierge TV Anime's Teaser Video Previews Cast

The official website of Kadokawa and Sega's anime based on the Ange Vierge trading card game began streaming the first teaser video on Saturday. The video previews the five main cast members that posters at the AnimeJapan event revealed on Thursday.
The cast includes:
- Sarah Emi Bridcutt as Naia Lapucella
- Yumi Hara as Almaria
- Aki Toyosaki as Erueru
- Minako Kotobuki as Saya Sōgetsu
- Rika Tachibana as Code Omega 77 Stella
SILVER LINK (Strike Witches: Operation Victory Arrow, Fate/kaleid liner Prisma Illya, Non Non Biyori) is producing the animation. The television series will premiere in July.
Two Kadokawa brands, Fujimi Shobo and Media Factory, released the Ange Vierge trading card game. The game features illustrations by popular artists, such as Kantoku (HENNEKO, Magical Suite Prism Nana), Kira Inugami (Student Council's Discretion, Ebiten: Kōritsu Ebisugawa Kōkō Tenmon-Bu), and abec (Sword Art Online).
The story of the card game follows what happens when "Hairō" portals suddenly open, fusing three different worlds together. As a result, various mysterious "Exceed" powers are awakened in teenaged girls. An academy for these so-called "Progress" girls is built on the isolated Seiran Island in the Pacific.
Four of the game's main characters are:

The game already inspired two promotional anime by Production I.G and Point Pictures in 2013 and in 2014.
Fujimi Shobo and Media Factory first announced the game at an unveiling event in Tokyo's Akihabara district in 2013. The franchise has since expanded into a smartphone game and a manga adaptation — Ange Vierge Linkage — which ran in Kadokawa's Dragon Age magazine and on the ComicWalker app until March 2015. Mako Komao wrote the series with art by Sakaki Yoshioka. Fantasia Bunko Festival first made the new anime announcement in December 2014, and the game's official Twitter account repeated the announcement last October.
