Volumes to bundle with original manga volumes 24-26

The 23rd compiled book volume for Hajime Isayama's Attack on Titan manga announced on Wednesday that Hiroshi Seko's Attack on Titan: Lost Girls spinoff novel will get a three-episode anime adaptation on DVD. It will have the same production staff as the Attack on Titan television anime.

The 25-minute episodes will bundle with upcoming volumes of the original manga. "Annie Volume (first half)" will bundle with the 24th volume on December 8. "Annie Volume (second half)" will bundle with the 25th volume on April 9, 2018. "Mikasa Volume" will bundle with the 26th volume on August 9, 2018.

The novel spinoff collects three short stories centered around Mikasa and Annie titled, "Lost in the cruel world," "Wall Sina, Goodbye," and "Lost Girls." Kodansha published the novel in Japan in December 2014, and Vertical published the novel in English in June 2016.

Ryōsuke Fuji drew a manga adaptation in Kodansha's Bessatsu Shōnen Magazine from August 2015 to May 2016. Kodansha Comics published both volumes in English.

A two-episode original anime DVD (OAD) adaptation of the Attack on Titan: No Regrets spinoff manga bundled with the limited edition 15th and 16th volumes of the original manga in 2014 and 2015. Kodansha Comics released the episodes with English subtitles, bundled with the manga's English-lanuage 18th and 19th volumes. The Attack on Titan: Ilse's Notebook OAD, which bundled with the limited edition 11th volume of the original manga in Japan, also got an English-subtitled release bundled with Kodansha Comics' English 17th volume.
