Seven Seas Licenses Accomplishments of the Duke's Daughter Manga

Girl is reborn as otome game antagonist in manga coming next August

Seven Seas Entertainment announced on Wednesday that it has licensed Reia and Suki Umemiya's Accomplishments of the Duke's Daughter (Kōshaku Reijō no Tashinami) manga. The first volume is slated for print and digital release on August 14, 2018.

Seven Seas describes the story:

Iris, an otome game addict with no time for romance, gets hit by a truck after getting out of work–but instead of dying, she finds herself in the world of a game she'd played just hours earlier. However, she's not reborn as the game's protagonist, the main heartthrob of the harem. Instead, she starts her new life as the antagonist, right at the moment she's being sent to live in a nunnery–for the rest of her life!

Reia published the story on the Shōsetsu-ka ni Narō! (Let's be Novelists) website from February 2015 to earlier this month. Kadokawa began publishing the novels in print with illustrations by Hazuki Futaba in November 2015, and released the fifth volume on September 8.

Umemiya began the ongoing manga adaptation on Kadokawa's Young Ace Up website in December 2015. Kadokawa published the first compiled book volume on September 8.
