J-Novel Club is publishing light novel series digitally

Seven Seas Entertainment announced on Friday that it has licensed Hota.'s manga adaptation of CHIROLU's If It's for My Daughter, I'd Even Defeat a Demon Lord (Uchi no Musume no Tame Naraba, Ore wa Moshikashitara Maō mo Taoseru Kamoshirenai.) light novel series. The first volume is slated for print and digital release on May 1.

Seven Seas describes the story:

While on a job deep in the forest, Dale–a young, but famed adventurer–comes across a little devil girl who's almost wasted away. Unable to just leave her there to die, Dale takes her home and becomes her adoptive father. Devil or not, Latina is beyond adorable, and the adventurer soon finds himself head over heels with being a parent. But why was she out in the forest in the first place–and why does she carry the mark of a criminal?

CHIROLU began the series on the Shōsetsuka ni Narō! (Let's Be Novelists) website in August 2014. Hobby Japan launched the first volume with illustrations by Truffle in February 2015. The company published the sixth volume on August 23. The manga adaptation has been running on Kadokawa's ComicWalker app since July 2016 and Kadokawa published the second compiled volume on August 23.

J-Novel Club is releasing the light novels digitally in English. Seven Seas is publishing some J-Novel Club books in print.
