Baito Saki wa Aku no Soshiki!? Super-Villain Comedy Novel Gets Net Anime

Vertical Anime app debuts anime about high schooler working at evil organization on November 13

An anime adaptation of Cherubim's Baito Saki wa Aku no Soshiki!? (My Part-Time Job is at an Evil Organization?!) novel has been green-lit on Production I.G 's Tate Anime (Vertical Anime) app. The anime will premiere on November 13.

The comedy story centers around Yūji Aokura, a high school student who begins working a high-paying part-time job at an evil organization called Antares to be able to pay for his and his siblings' living expenses. He is made to wear a special suit and go around town destroying things, but every time he is stopped by heroes, his body is "remodeled."

Yoshikatsu Kimura is directing the anime at Heart Beat, with Kakuzō Kamanji penning the script. Shiho Tamazawa is drawing the character designs.

Cherubim initially serialized on the novel submission site Everystar, and Kadokawa published the novel in two volumes in 2011 and 2012. The artist koma also serialized a manga adaptation of the novel in Everystar from 2014 to 2015. Shogakukan published three compiled book volumes for the manga.
