Sorry, that's incorrect. She has the right voice actress, but everything else in the hints isn't right for that guess.

I'll have a guess from the clues and doing a search of images of characters from the title I suspect she's from. So, is it Riri Hitotsuyanagi from Assault Lily Bouquet?

(Shouldn't it be Lily Hitotsuyanagi? Either way, Riri is what the ANN encyclopaedia has.)

That's correct. Her name is Riri, but the joke is made multiple times in the first episode that people think she is saying Lily (the title of the girls who are fighting the monsters).
