so if pokeman will be in found in areas that are the same as their types. Does that mean I will have to run into a burning building to catch a charmander or that most fire fighters will have fire based pokeman?

The visuals look so cheap. I was expecting more of an interactive where you get to use your phone camera or something with the enviroment but this looks no good at all. Not only that, you have to work with other people such as strangers to win battles against gym leaders??? Who will be the gym leaders? I was never for this Pokémon GO thing in the first place but man is it a turn off now.

From Serebii.com: "There appears to be a feature that will let you turn off the camera part of the game where Pokémon would appear in real life surroundings to include a virtual backdrop." This means you will have the option to use (or not) your phone's camera to show a real background. I find this extremely useful since it will allow me to waste less battery. The game alone and data usage will already be consuming enough. I don't have a problem with anything revealed, I actually like what I'm reading. I've played a little Ingress and I've enjoyed it so far, but there are too many things to do/obtain. Since this is Pokémon, I guess it will be easier to understand (for those familiar with the games). For a smartphone game, I'm finding Pokémon Go extremely exiting. I don't get why some people are complaining about the different methods to obtain/evolve and the need to interact with other people. If I wanted to play the same old Pokémon games with the same gameplay experience, I'd play the console versions. Still, I understand that there will always be something people dislike, and this being a smartphone game with micro-transactions, I'm sure there will be some aspects that will make many people (me included) get over it fast. I like how, so far, there only appear to be 1st generation Pokemon to catch. This is a new Pokémon experience. It's different. Will it be perfect? Hell no, but it's really interesting and exiting. |

Isn't the whole point to be social? Sounds awesome tbh. I hope as it progresses and updates and improves it turns into that PKMN MMO we've always wanted, except it'll be a real life MMO.
