Well how do you like that?
Gatchaman, Casshern, Yatterman, and Speed Racer all got the live action treatment. Except for Tekkaman, though.

Just like much of America,I've never heard of "Hurricane Polymar" before. I don't think a lot of people in this country saw the OAV version of this when it came out here. Just like not a lot of people here are going to notice this if the live-action version of "Hurricane Polymar" comes here because few here have ever heard of it. If Hollywood decides to do it's own version of "Hurricane Polymar,"I hope they put a Japanese person or Japanese-American in there somewhere. I think Saemi Nakamura would great in this. But,it's doubtful,because few here have ever heard of this one.
