Agreed, with the way Exodus ended, it was inevitable there'd be more Fafner. Great news for me, can't wait for more details.

Fafner's always been incredibly popular in Japan in my experience. It's obscure as hell in the west though, thanks to people just simply writing it off as an Evangelion clone.

It is Probably another film, the original had 2 seasons and concluded with a movie, i imagine this will be the same too.
