Article omits it, but the ages of characters at the beginning are 16 for Koyuki, 37 for Shin.

It's fiction so I don't have any issue with it, but if it wasn't, age gap wouldn't be it (Admittedly, by Japanese law, 16 years is legal age for women, but still...).

About time. I love age gap stories, but only ones where the guy is older than the girl. I've been inching for some new chapters. Smile

Have you tried The Ancient Magus' Bride? I'm fairly sure that qualifies...

I hope that YenPress will eventually release this in print too.

Oh, I'm currently reading that, too. Thanks. Very Happy

I think I read a synopsis for the original short story, and it said that they weren't supposed to be "intimate" until she was an adult?

In other news, I wish Yen Press would do something like Viz's Shonen Jump but for G Fantasy. I'd rather pay $4 a month to read all their G Fantasy simulpubs, than have to buy each chapter for $2.

$2/chapter, is that for real!?? I almost could not spell correctly. I guess that equals a whole volume ultimately, but if it's not physical. . . (And you can't download it. . .)

I've been interested in this, so I'm glad it's getting a release (in some form, heh), but wow at that price point.

Even more annoying is that there is, of course, no way to convert those individual chapters to volumes afterwards. (If there even ever will be one - after the first few volumes The Royal Tutor has only been published as individual chapters.)

Few things are as annoying than millions of individual chapters cluttering your Amazon library.
