Um, no they didn't. That was announced by Bethesda on Sunday, not by Nintendo. Nintendo merely made a brief mention this morning in their presentation of the fact that Bethesda had announced it earlier.

^ Not that it makes much of a difference it Bethesda announced it before Nintendo.
