How? Like 90% of the time, there is no resemblance of coherent thought going on, just pure chaos. The other 10% is the cool OP/ closing sequence that also makes no sense, since they are in a manga club, but the Op animation is very retro video game style. I do have to say it will be interesting to see how they do this.
