It sounds like a really interesting manga, I really hope someone (probably Viz, because Shogakukan) might consider releasing it in English. I have his 2001 Nights series (a royal pain to track down, but well worth it)

Well, the synopsis is interesting. I wonder if the name of this was taken from the movie Rain Man in any way. It focuses on a brother the main character never knew existed and people with non-standard mental states, also. That seems like the sort of odd thing a mangaka would do.
