I played the demo for like 30 mins and I gotta say it turned me off of the game entirely. It CHUGS ass, runs at sub 30 fps for 90% of the time, and during a boss fight it runs at like 15 for the entire fight. The combat is stiff and just doesn't feel good, needs motion controls. The art style is still imo really appealing, and the character designer was fun to mess with, but that's about it. I'll read/watch reviews when it releases and see if they improve it but it says summer 2019, and summer ends in like september. That means, at most, 6 months to finish and release the game unless they want to delay it. Not looking good from my perspective but let's see if they can surprise me.

Yeah, it's what you'd expect with mecha combat taking place in three dimensions with some serious customization of the mech your pilot. What's neat is they allow you to pull parts from downed mecha and take them back to base. Lots of weapons too with pistols, rockets, machine guns, rifles, and melee.
Pretty interesting so far

Had a lot of fun with the demo, it's basically Armored Core 4 with some twists.
Also, Toru Furuya playing a character named "Diablo" and Shuichi Ikeda playing a character named "Lord Crimson"

Pretty good game as long as you play it on tabletop mode with a wireless pro controller at very least. It's not comfortable to play in handheld mode. I do want to know where the survey is though, because I really don't like how upgrading your character changes their appearance.
