This is kind of sad for me.
I discovered Chage & Aska as a group back in 1996 thanks to Miyazaki‘s short „on your mark“ and even bought the laserdisc of the short back then. I also bought some of their cds later in Japan and tried to sing some songs in karaoke, but sucked at it.
I wish Aska all the best for the rest of his careet.

Same here! I still have it!
I must admit I know little of their work otherwise.
