-Apple vs Epic: Yeah, this is probably the best conclusion as both companies are predatory and run by dweebs. Epic just wanted more money while Apple just wanted to continue their control freak policies. They both lost significantly, so this is pleasing to someone like me who wanted them both to lose.

As for other things, it looks more likely that we'll be getting a GBA Castlevania collection: https://nintendoeverything.com/castlevania-advance-collection-all-but-confirmed-for-switch/

Both sides lost

Epic is already appealing

And despite declaring victory, funnily enough Apple may also appeal

Woah, a Night Slashers remake, that's wicked, curious to see how it'll turn out compared to the original! I've wanted to see more horror-based beat-em-ups, the only other ones I know of are Splatter House, Zombie Revenge and of course Alien vs Predators. I've also been secretly wishing for Vanillaware to create a horror-style beat-em-up similar to Dragon's Crown for the longest time which'll probably never happen, so this'll fill in that void.

Never heard of Magician's Dead before this column (and had it confused with School of Ragnarok when I first saw it for some reason lol), looks pretty cool.

Edited for spelling.

Getting into Tales of Arise on PS5. So far it's off to a great start.

I hadn't even noticed Tales of Arise had come out. I used to play those games, started on Abyss, but i started to loose interest after it started getting too big for the small amount of content it had.

Honestly they way that I look at it is this, their is an immediate remedy for the anti-steering rules (which the Judge clearly hated) but the vail that Apple has to its business is off. Completely.
Their are several other factors if you get into the ruling that makes Apple's life hell, the biggest being that Apple is likely abusing its monopoly power if you can narrow it down (which Epic didn't do, plus the whole bit of about defining the market screwed them both... since the Judge defined the market on her own and based everything on that definition which was neither Epic's or Apple's). And several things in the ruling point to bills in the Congress that... might actually deal with Apple, partisanship be damned, because it turns out that both parties (for separate reasons) agree that they don't like the state of affairs with "Big Tech plus Twitter" and need to do something about it.
