I assume it will unfortunately be replacing the almost certainly canceled The Hunter's Guild. Unless I'm getting my magazines mixed up.

Haha, yeah you are. The Hunter's Guild is running in Weekly Shonen Jump and Dragon Child will run in Jump+, which is the digital platform of Jump. Seeing as Jump+ doesn't have a limit of how many series it runs due to it being digital they can add or cancel series whenever they want.

That being said, the ANN article is not that clear about where it will be released on. It does say Jump+ but I had to read it twice before I knew.
