Airing during Conan's timeslot is probably the best. This will reduce the amount of AOs.

Considering it will be irregular broadcasting and animated by TMS, looks like it will take the MK2010 route.

Good, the main anime needed a break. I hope Zero's Tea Time and Hanzawa follow the same airing practice.

For as long as the show has run the kid should now be old enough to attend the Goddamn police academy.

Considering the manga ended in two volumes, definitely not more than 12 episodes. They’re probably going to go the MK1412 route and just make up parts of the show.

Conan would be in his mid-30s.
Shinichi and Ran in their mid-40s (old enough for their kid to be a "Highschool detective"
Kogoro would be thinking about retiring.
Agasa would probably be dead.

Since it is irregular broadcast and the first episode is called Matsuda Arc, then it is likely going to follow MK2010 version, not MK2014.

So essentially it will be broadcasted during Conan's Saturday 18:00 timeslot with no set frequency. I would like to imagine they will have all the episodes broadcasted by the film release of April 2022, but there is no confirmation at this point.

In terms of how many episodes it will be, that is difficult question. If the first episode is an one-hour special, then may be there will only be 5 episodes in total, each character get one episode. If it is the usual 30-minutes, it may be longer but no more than one cour because there aren't that many manga chapters to begin with.

Streaming depends the rights.
