Considering the pace that the Manga has right now it will most likely be finished before the special. I give it 12-23 more chapters. It's been an awesome ride learning along the way.

Kinda disappointing to have to wait for 2023 just for the third season. Thought it was gonna be at least consistent with a new season every year.

It looks like the new season will deal with traveling by sail.
It's nice there will be another season, but it's disappointing it will take more than a year and that it will apparently be it's last season.

Where did you hear that it would be the last season? If true would that mean they're doing their own thing, or is that enough to cover whatever Dr. Stone has left to adapt and it's shorter than I thought?

Surprised and a little disappointed that it'll take so long, but hopefully the wait leads to a full 2 cours so I'm game. Knew the manga would be ending soon and I hope the whole thing gets adapted in the future

Excited that we're getting a season 3 but annoyed that we have to wait a year. I wouldn't mind being told halfway through the year that way the wait doesn't feel that long.
