So... their site's anti-piracy efforts are so unused or unnoticed, it took six months for anyone, who is against piracy, to notice? Or, the Japanese are just too polite to say anything about a mistake? ( That later sounds more like what I have heard of JP bureaucracy and their clients. )

I assume those estimated losses are based once again on the absurd method of imagining all those readers of pirated materials would pay full price for the manga if pirating were stopped.
