Centering a narrative on a positive father-daughter relationship is a unique hook. I can't think of any other examples that come to mind, and I would be shocked if anyone could come up with many other examples in the anime/manga/light novel space or a more general context.

When I listened to it, I got "Bunny Drop Vibes". Angeline seems to have more than "daughterly" feelings toward Belgrieve. Maybe I'm just jaded from one too many light novels/manga that start with a sweet father/daughter relationship that morph into marriage.

As someone that has read far ahead, I can confirm it doesn't go that route. Serious spoilers below if you don't want any details revealed.

spoiler[Belgrieve eventually gets married to someone else. Even before then, Angeline shifts into trying to find him a wife that would also be great mom material after the first arc.]

spoiler[Later on Angeline gets a little brother who she also dotes on. She is ridiculously fond of her family in general.]

It won't go that way; spoiler[Angeline actively tries to find her dad a wife in volume 3 so that she can have a mom too. And then he does get married in volume 9, to an age-appropriate woman and not Angeline >_>]

The fact we can't look at a father-daughter series without getting nervous is sad...
I remember reading a little of the manga of this and finding it very cute but also being paranoid it'd end Badly. Glad to hear that's not the case!

An unfortunate thing about this series is that it's one of many LNs these days where it feels like characters can hardly go a single scene without praising the protagonist in one way or another. Everyone loves Belgrieve and can never say enough good things about him. (His great and terrible flaw is that he's too humble!) I get that this is a simple way to get readers to like a character, but it stands out way too much for my tastes.
