This is my absolute favorite execution of harem concept, manga could be called Gintama/One Piece/Bobobo-bo of the genre, it's true non-isekai harem from the start that succeeded in having great MC that is a highlight as much as the girls, unhinged meta-comedy, constant ensemble interactions, fluffy and casual couple interactions, lot's of kissing and even a sprinkle of occasional drama. To me it did everything I wanted from this genre and bolstered my hope for romcoms in general, may it run for years to come!

They are and there is actually a few more of them, seems like visual was made quite a long time before. One girl is even deliberately hidden to not spoil

Correct, 5 girlfriends aren’t shown. One for plot reasons and the other 4 probably weren’t created at the completion of the Key Visual.

The reactions to this series are going to be very interesting, especially since the series is fully in on the joke. It's earnest about its premise and making the girls all unique, but it also is very aware that the premise is ridiculous and leans into that.
