I haven't watched the last part because they didn't dub it yet. Talk about dropping the ball on a widely popular show.

Or if it's November or December...

Yeah, seriously, what's up with that? Are they planning to release both the sub and dub versions of both parts 3 & 4 in theaters or something? That wouldn't be a bad idea, but it'd sure be great to know for sure.

It's so bizarre that they haven't said one way or another what's going on with the dub. Attack on Titan is their hottest property right now besides maybe Demon Slayer, and we got constant updates on that one

Is there an actual reason they did this? The titling/subtitling on AoT has been intensely bizarre for a while now.

This was basically just a marketing move that misfired. Season 4 was labeled as the "final season" by Pony Canyon before the manga even ended - hell, before they even decided on a new studio to animate it -, and it clearly went on for much longer than they were expecting.

Officially, in the Northern Hemisphere, fall runs September 23 through December 21, with winter beginning on December 22.

I’m pretty sure Crunchyroll is going to release the dub once the final part has been released. No point in having the voice actors working multiple sessions for two to three hours of dub work that can be done all at once.

Dub is done though. Jessica Calvello tweeted back in March that she had started recording for Hanji. I'm certain by now its complete and something else is holding it up
