It's been on CR since Sunday but without English Subtitles.

I have tried contacting CR about it but got no response.

Viz's blog says the second season will be on Crunchyroll and PlutoTV, and it's on neither yet in North America. Since the blog mentions purchasing season 1 on Vudu, a US-only service, it makes no sense that the blog was not intended for North America as well... Confused What the heck is going on, Viz?

South America is a huge Captain Tsubasa market, and unexplainably, it's not available on CR nor Pluto tv, either.

Seems like VIZ is not licensing the series in "English Speaking Countries" on CR.

And now Viz has a useless advertisement on ANN saying to “Stream Now!” the new season of Tsubasa, but when you click it, it leads you to the same blog post saying it will be on CR and PlutoTV (which is a lie). Why is ANN accepting this misinformation?
