I remember reading this out of curiosity, but it just came off as some weird m-preg fetish you would see in a fanfiction that was trying to come off as really deep, like it was trying to be really ahead of it's time. Manga really does have a concept for everything, but it doesn't mean that it should do a story for all of them.
