*sigh* Wow - and to think that I paid a measly $15 for my Miku ticket during AX'2011 the first week on sale online and my friend, who went with me to the concert, paid $20 AT-CON same day right before they sold out the concert completely.
Those were the days, right? Oh well - at least big Vocaloid/Miku fans who couldn't go to that concert get another chance at it

I think it was the first AX concert, in that theater at least, to sell out. Everyone said not to worry about it because they never sell out concerts; luckily I ignored them and bought a ticket anyway.  That was actually my first anime con, and apparently far from my last...
I probably won't be going to this, though. LA is about a 5 hour drive from where I live, which is a long way to go just for a concert and whatever the expo thing entails (sounds like basically a dealer's hall). |
