I'm half excited for this game, and half worried. After the catastrophe of Bravely Default's spoiler[last four chapters]. This game will either make up where that game lacked, or just follow that same formula. I'm going to wait for reviews before buying this one.

seconded i really really want to buy the LE if it comes out with one but ill have to remind myself how the first turned out.

the repeating sequence of events burned the fun out of the game for me that i couldn't muster the patience to try and beat spoiler[airi after she got all demony, well played btw i didn't think she was that evil, a hidden agenda yes but sub boss was a pleasant surprise.]

though i see airi in the trailer spoiler[so i assume she survives the final battle, i did like that fairy when she was... you know pretending to be one]

i must say my favorite character was Alternis Dim spoiler[especially when i learned of his realtionship to Edea and his journal and whatnot my mind was blown, id have liked it if Ringabel had completely reverted to his Alternis personality, while his perverted skirt chasing antics was funny but it got old after a while ]

After reading all the FAQ sites and making sure i didn't miss anything... yes the spoiler[Last 4 chapters were unbearable, upto that last point before the pillar of light i was totally invested...but i just could not commit. ] Ended up going with the Bad ending and just breezing through it... then watched a youtube video for the true ending stuff...

Still pretty excited for the game Smile

Damn, now I have to get my 3DS fixed. Hope it gets licensed soon. We got it in Australia before America got it, BTW.

Agree with the end to the first game. Still, I enjoyed Bravely Default overall, so will be getting the sequel (dependent on licensing).
