They don't make it easy for some to watch it through legitimate channels, do they?...

Oh well, doesn't matter. Still going to watch it. The story premise does seem interesting, and I do like the yuri undertones...

As always, thank you Funimation for getting streaming rights for all of America and only using them in one country. Mad

Speaking of Crunchyroll, does anyone know how I can get a quick list of anime on CR that are available in the Netherlands? I looked through their site, but there doesn't seem to be a 'listing by country' option.

Saw the headline. Was excited as hell and thanked CR. Read the article more closely. Cried a little.

Damn I'm going to watch every show this season that I'm planning on watching fansubbed.

If you go to the series list page it should only show you things which are available to you.

What? How does that work? CR has offered streaming rights to those territories before, so what gives?

Does that work if you're not registered&logged in? Because that list looked suspiciously long. Can't imagine they have more than a handful of anime available for NL.

If you are currently at an IP address for the Netherlands, the alphabetical list (http://www.crunchyroll.com/videos/anime/alpha?group=all) will show only the titles available for that country.

I don't know about Scandinavia, but as is many times the case, Funimation's license likely covers all English speaking countries despite the fact they only stream to the US and Canada. It is just the way the publisher carves up the world for licensing.

Huh, didn't expect there to be that many.

Let's see.. if I didn't miscount they have 11 anime that are on my to-watch list. That's surprisingly many out of 100.

Hmm, maybe I'll check out this streaming thing sometime. I wonder if it's possible to just download whole eps. instead of streaming them. Much more stable and convenient that way.

I'm curious as to what work would be involved on Funimation's end if they ever decided to stream outside of America (for series where they have rights to all English speaking countries). I would imagine it's more than just allowing access to certain IP addresses.

Perhaps a question for Answerman.

The more Funi shows that become available to Latin America, the better, and hopefully this will happen more often in the future and The Rolling Girls gets in on CR too.

When CR streams titles outside NA, it seems to me it's become an unofficial contract of sorts that it would most likely be Sentai or Funi that will stream it here.

I've seen reports that some of the series on their YouTube channel have been available to viewers outside the US and Canada.
