Normally, announcers are disinterested spectators commentating on a current fight instead of actually being part of the fray. Perhaps the developers decided to make an exception for this Announcer? Cool

"Lunch" is the most correct way of spelling her name seeing as that's the pun. Launch is an official spelling used by Funimation's dub though and is a valid way of spelling her name if you so wish. It's much like seeing Freeza's name spelt as "Frieza", which ANN also does all the time.

It's one of those things you just have to chill out and live with. (If someone spells Freeza's name as "Freiza" though... Well, a swift execution is the only retribution. Preferably with one of his trademark Death Beams.)

Difference being that even with Freeza's named being spelled differently by region the pun is still kept intact......Lunch being renamed to Launch doesn't make sense.
