Can I just call it now and say that this show is going to get another season. Plus, since it's J.C. Staff it might even get a full adaption (they are known to give stories full adaptions (as in to an ending) like Shakugan no Shana, Bakuman, The Familar of Zero, Toradora, Golden Time, Little Busters, Nodame Cantabile, and they are currently working on A Certain Magica Index/Scientific Railgun).

So There is hope that this one would get a full adaption.

Is the whole arsinal of shows I just listed not enough? Sure there are shows that they didn't fully adapt. But they do have the highest ratio of shows fully adapted then not compared to all the other studios.

What you might be mistaking what I'm saying is that they will release the seasons conservatively. Just like with Familiar of zero, they released the seasons sparsely. Only when the end of the story is in site they get on it and conclude the anime is about the same time as the manga/light novel (like with Bakuman and Little Busters). I'm certain that they will adapt more seasons of Index and Railgun. It's just a matter of time really. If the story was concluded (or close to the end) then they would most likely be adapting it right now.

Re: Index III

There's no guarantee since the project has to be requested by their clients (Warner Bros. and ASCII Media Works) first. The studio can't work on what they were never asked to make in the first place.

However, J.C. Staff is particularly sequel friendly if the request passes through. They're almost certain to slot it in somewhere, sometimes on very short notice. They're probably the best bet for a complete adaptation, but it's important to know that they still work within industry limitations. If a show tanks midway through, the sponsors are unlikely to request a sequel.

Boob ribbon = S2. It's been inevitable since the first week.

Really? Is that how you see it. I see it as SAO made better gets season 2.

Not to say that Hestia isn't hot and portrayed much better then one would have expected in such a series. But, if that was all then there are a lot of shows that should have had sequels that the main or side character was hot and went viral.

I for one am very interested in the world and how it operates. To boot, Bell is becoming a total badass and Hestia is hot as ever in every episodes that she is in and they keep her in doses so that she doesn't ware out her welcome.

The elements could be similar to a lot of other series but the timing and execution is what sets this show apart from the rest.

SAO already had a S2. Also, SAO isn't what we're discussing, so I fail to see your point.

Hestia merchandise has taken off and is making a ton of money. There is NO REASON IN THE WORLD not to capitalize on this while they can, before a new "best girl" becomes the craze and takes over the merchandise-buying world by storm. Strike while the money-printing iron is hot.

The fact that the show has proven itself to be really good is an added bonus.
