Mm, not much info on this yet but I'm interested it. This means PA Works has at least two anime series to air next year.

Tensai Okamura working with PA Works? Sounds fantastic! That man doesn't get acknowledged enough for his ability.

I hope it is a strong title with superb production values. I wonder if it will be 2 cours. In my opinion P.A. Works does their best work when it has 2 cours to work with.

Not too big a fan of PA works sans visuals but I'm up for an action anime if that's what it is.

Hmm... Kuromukuro. Sounds like it could be a horror show just based on that title. I thought Another was a pretty solid production, so I wouldn't be upset with them doing something in that vein, as opposed to another one of their slice-of-life/drama shows.

Hmm, I seem to be falling out with PA Works. They have done some series I've loved/enjoyed, like Charlotte, Angel Beats, Eccentric Family and Tari Tari.

But, 3 of the last 4 anime I've watched from PA Works...I've not been a fan of. Those being Shirobako, NagiAsu (lost me after the time skip), and Glasslip (was really looking forward to that series).

While I enjoyed Charlotte, it hasn't wiped away the bad taste that Glasslip left behind...

I'll sure love it if people stopped talking about Glasslip whenever P.A Work is being mentioned. Some people actually like that show and to go around saying the title all over again as if it's the ultimate crap out there in the entire universe is quite a bit disheartening, not to mentioned that people need to move along and stopped thinking about it because it ain't a world changing event like the holocaust. This ain't an insult or anything, but just a piece of advice.

I'm sold, anything P.A. Works is usually gold with some exceptions could have used a little more info but oh well.

P.A. Works. Much like Kyoto Animation, never a bad news. (Come on people, Glasslip was not the best, but it wasn't that bad, and don't trash Kyoukai no Kanata (KyoAni).

On CR's article about this, it gives an explanation of the title:
Quote:
The title is written in Katakana, but "kuro" could refer to the Kanji character for "black" and "mukuro" could mean "dead body". "Mukuro" can also be a name for a woman.

By this, it could roughly mean "black dead body" or "black Mukuro".

Just because you and/or others liked the show, does not mean that everyone did. It was a highly anticipated show, for myself, and it was a massive let down.

Until PA Works comes along and does something I really love, Glasslip will remain as a very low point for them in my eyes.

I'll be interested to see what it is. However, aside from The Eccentric Family and Shirobako, I haven't liked any of the other P.A. Works anime I've seen.
