That's that "shonen jump look" most try to imitate. Some artist have it more than others.

She's quite the fan favorite from the manga, I'll tell you that. I just like that Horikoshi gave her attributes from a thoroughly not-cute animal (frogs) into her design, which both works against and enhances her cuteness. |

Best character! Or at least one of my fave's, incredibly frustrated by all the smut the fandom has attached to Her though, why must fandoms do this?
Bones are hitting the designs right out of the park though, looking incredible from what I've seen. |

Since Monster Musume I have nothing against Humanoid beast like character and Tsuyu Asui make me want to do naughty thing with her
Plus her Seiyu is Aoi YŪKI which is great because of few of her roles I like
