Expelled from Paradise Film Adds 2nd L.A. Screening

The Downtown Independent theater in Los Angeles added a second screening of Seiji Mizushima and writer Gen Urobuchi's CG-animated film Expelled from Paradise on Monday, December 15. The same theater is also screening the film on December 13, but tickets for that earlier screening are sold out.
Aniplex of America is distributing the film in at least 15 theaters across the United States. The science-fiction film just opened in theaters in Japan last month. It ranked #9 for its opening weekend and earned 107,725,100 yen (about US$909,000) in 15 days in just 13 theaters.
