AOKANA's fairys Game Brand Ends, Title Moves Under sprite Brand

The official website for the sprite/fairys brand announced on Sunday that the brand will discontinue under the current name due to the dissolution of the company fairys. The games will now all fall under the sprite brand regardless of rating, though the old brand name will remain on products that have already shipped.

The change will affect the AOKANA: Four Rhythm Across the Blue franchise, which is currently copyrighted to sprite/fairys. The 18+ game Love, Election and Chocolate was already copyrighted to sprite only, and is not currently listed on the brand's website.

Smartphone game company FLEET announced in March that it was acquiring fairys.
