Girl in Twilight, Release the Spyce, Gakuen Basara Anime Each Listed With 12 Episodes

Streaming service HIDIVE is listing The Girl in Twilight (Akanesasu Shōjo), Release the Spyce, and Gakuen Basara: Samurai High School anime each with 12 episodes. HIDIVE is streaming all three anime as they air in Japan.

The Girl in Twilight premiered on October 1. Sentai Filmworks licensed the anime.

Kōtarō Uchikoshi (Ever17, Punch Line, Zero Escape: Virtue's Last Reward) is credited for the project's original scenario concept. Jin Tamamura (A Sister's All You Need) is directing the anime at Dandelion Animation Studio and Jūmonji. Yūichi Abe (Ultraman Zero: The Revenge of Belial, live-action Prince of Tennis) is credited as series director.

Masakazu Katsura (Video Girl Ai, DNA², Tiger & Bunny) is drawing the original character designs alongside Hiroyuki Asada (Tegami Bachi: Letter Bee, Cheer Boys!!), who is also credited as concept artist, while Hiroki Harada (Romeo × Juliet, Sasami-san@Ganbaranai, Sweetness & Lightning) is designing the characters for animation.

Shogo Yasukawa (Food Wars! Shokugeki no Soma, Mitsuboshi Colors, Hyperdimension Neptunia) is writing and supervising the anime's scripts. Writer Hiroshi Yamamoto is credited for "SF setting."

Release the Spyce premiered on October 6. Sentai Filmworks licensed the anime.

The project is a collaboration between Yuruyuri manga creator Namori as original character designer and Yuki Yuna Is a Hero creator Takahiro for the original concept and series composition. The anime marks Akira Sato's directorial debut at Lay-duce. Satoshi Ishino is adapting Namori's characters for animation. SORASAKI.F is credited for the original work.

Yukari Anzai, Manami Numakura, Aya Suzaki, Akane Fujita, Aya Uchida, and Yuri Noguchi will perform the opening theme song "Supatto! Spy & Spice" and the ending theme song "Hide & Seek" as their respective characters, under the group name Tsukikage.

Gakuen Basara: Samurai High School premiered on October 4. Sentai Filmworks licensed the anime.

Minoru Ohara (Glass Fleet, Lupin III: Episode 0 'First Contact') is directing the anime at Brain's Base, and Kouji Miura (Examurai Sengoku) is in charge of the series scripts. Haruhito Takada (Kaiji) is designing the characters. Capcom's Hiroyuki Kobayashi and Makoto Yamamoto are supervising from the original work.

EIGHT OF TRIANGLE will perform the anime's opening theme song "Hokore Kedakaki Utsukushiki, Ikizama o" (Live Proudly, Nobly, and Beautifully). T.M.Revolution (Takanori Nishikawa) is collaborating with rock band Fear, and Loathing in Las Vegas on the anime's theme song "Be Affected."
