DVD Easter Eggs:

(U.S. DVD #2) To activate, go to the AD-Vid notes and turn them ON. Next press down on the remote while menu is selected, you should hear the music re-start. Next press up, and then left twice, the music will restart each time. A series of Menchi product ads will then play, with scenes from episodes 6-9.

(U.S. DVD #4) Select the "Languages" option at the main menu. Set the language to English, the cursor will automatically jump to the "M." Press your Right button, then press your Enter button to view a short clip featuring Pedro. The same scene can also be viewed after the last episode ends. The "M.O.F.C. Authoring and Encoding" line-feed printer animation will come up. Just press the Next Chapter button.

(U.S. DVD #5) Go to "Scene Selections" from the main menu. Select episode 19, then highlight the square above the second "E" in the title. Then, press your Up button to see a short clip about the services that the Alps Group provides.

(U.S. DVD #5) Go to "Scene Selections" from the main menu. Select episode 18 and go to the word "Main". Wait for the music to stop and restart. Press your Down button to highlight the detergent scoop with a "4" on it then press your Enter button to view a clip featuring Hyatt and Excel reciting a poem.

(U.S. DVD #5) Select the "Extras" option at the main menu. Highlight the "ADV Previews" option and press right to highlight the word "Classified". Press your Enter button to view classified and personal ads placed by characters from the series.

(U.S. DVD #5) Select the "Extras" option at the main menu. Highlight the "Interview With Koshi Rikdo" option and press right to highlight the text "See Dead, pg 108" under the story of the mysterious woman. Press Enter to view the rest of that story and a recipe for delicious Menchiladas.
