Milk-Chan is a typical child TV star - she's petty, cranky, selfish, lazy, and most of all, full of herself! The fact that the country's chief executive is her self-proclaimed "Number One Fan" seems perfectly natural to her - despite the fact that the President shows up as a recurring character on her television show. Unable to separate the actress from her role, the President actually believes that Milk-Chan is an "honest-to-goodness" super-agent, and occasionally calls on Milk-Chan to help solve a crisis.

Meet Milk – a foul-mouth, selfish smarty pants superhero with no real superpowers. Not quite you’re A-list superhero, but that won’t stop the idiotic President (of “everything”) from hiring her to solve the world’s problems. Disc 2 includes: original Japanese episodes in both English 2.0 and Japanese 2.0 language versions with English subtitles, original video haiku breaks, new opening “Disco Milk” animation, original opening and closing animation and ADV previews.
