Welcome to the NHK's Kendi Oiwa Tours His Work Space

The French television program toco toco began streaming its interview with manga creator Kendi Oiwa (Welcome to the N.H.K., Assassin's Creed 4: Black Flag -Kakusei-, Tsurami Entangle) on Saturday. In video, Oiwa takes viewers on a ride on JR's Chūō line during rush hour and back to his work space.
Oiwa published the manga adaptation of Tatsuhiko Takimoto's Welcome to the N.H.K.! novel from 2004 to 2007. The story was adapted into an anime series by Gonzo in 2006. Oiwa's current works include Aka to Ao no Ehrenberg in Comic Gum magazine, but that magazine suspended publication earlier this year.
